Childcare Data

Childcare Data is a staff tool from the Santa Cruz County Office of Education for managing early childhood program rosters and Student Identifier (SSID) requests.

Staff sign in with their Santa Cruz County Office of Education Google account. Sign-in requests only your name, email address, and profile picture, which the app uses to identify you and to determine which programs you are authorized to view. It does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service.

Roster records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and kept in sync with each program’s Google Sheet by a county-owned service account, not by your personal Google account. Access is restricted to assigned staff.
